You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload and for keeping your credentials safe.
Talent services
Registration is free. You retain ownership of your career data; OIP receives a limited licence to process it for matching.
Employer services
Free to publish requirements. Candidate unlocks require a Hiring Intent Deposit™; success fees apply only when a hire is confirmed.
Prohibited use
No scraping, no discrimination, no misrepresentation of identity or credentials. Violations lead to account suspension.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
