Hiring Intent Deposit™
Employers pay a refundable Hiring Intent Deposit™ to unlock candidate contact and interview scheduling.
When we refund
- No suitable candidate is unlocked within 30 days of deposit.
- OIP is unable to deliver the promised interview shortlist.
- Duplicate or accidental payment.
When deposits are adjusted, not refunded
On a successful hire, the deposit is adjusted against the applicable success fee invoice.
Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
